PLACING AN ORDER
If you are interested in purchasing an item or commissioning a piece of original art from Inky Leaves Publishing, but are experiencing difficulty using our online shop, you can contact Inky Leaves Publishing by telephone on +44 7904 449 599 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday. Alternatively orders can be placed via email at email@example.com. Please note that email orders will only be accepted for non-commissioned pieces where the artwork price has been published.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours will accurately reflect the colour of the Artwork. Inky Leaves is not responsible for the colour accuracy of any original works of art, digital works or printed works displayed on the website and social media, and disclaims all liability in this regard.
EXISTING ORIGINAL ART WORKS

Therefore, your Artwork may vary slightly from those images. Inky Leaves Publishing is not responsible for the colour accuracy of any original works of art, digital works or printed works displayed on the website and social media, and disclaims all liability in this regard. Please telephone or email if you have any questions about the photograph’s relationship to the original. Hi-resolution images can easily be emailed. If you want to buy something you have seen online, it is essential that you contact us; we will make sure it is available. We are more than happy to hold pictures for an agreed time. The terms of payment for an existing artwork are established and agreed between the customer and Inky Leaves Publishing at the time of purchase. Artworks can be paid for in installments or in one single payment.
For all commissioned work, Inky Leaves Publishing require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Work will commence once this has been paid. This payment also constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the commission, which will be supplied on agreement and prior to any work begun. The balance of the commission fee becomes due on delivery to the client, unless agreed otherwise and stated in the Terms and Conditions of Commission.
You have a legal right to cancel or change your order within fourteen (14) days of placing your order. This means that during this period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive the Inky Leaves Publishing product that you ordered, you can notify us of your decision to cancel or change the order. If the order is to be changed for an item of lower value a refund will be made for the difference of the retail value. If the order is cancelled within the 14 days and you have paid the full purchase price, you are entitled to a full refund. Please note, for commissioned original art works, your deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation of an order.
To cancel you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel either by telephone on +44 7904 449 599 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT Monday through Saturday or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are dispatched on the dates published on the Inky Leaves Publishing website or otherwise advised. The estimated delivery date is expected to be within 30 days of the date we email you to confirm the dispatch of your order, although this cannot be guaranteed as occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control or that of our shipping agent. Delivery of an order shall be considered complete when we deliver the artwork to the address supplied to us by you when placing the order.
Your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. This includes, but is not limited to any customs duties, taxes or additional costs levied by the shipping agent. Please note that we have no control over these charges and you will be responsible for making such payment upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
The itemisation and description of products as recorded by Inky Leaves Publishing on dispatch is conclusive evidence of what is received by the customer on delivery unless the customer can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.
Inky Leaves Publishing shall not be liable for any non-delivery of products unless the customer gives written notice to Inky Leaves Publishing of the non-delivery within 28 days of the date when the products would, in the ordinary course of events, have been received. Any liability of Inky Leaves Publishing for non-delivery of product ordered shall be limited to replacing any such items within a reasonable time or in the case of the wrong item or quantity of items being sent, adjusting any invoice respecting such items to reflect the actual quantity delivered.
Inky Leaves Publishing will make every effort to trace and recover the missing item and when all options have been fully explored, a replacement will be offered. If no identical replacement is available, an alternative of equal value will be offered in its place.
In the case where the offer of a replacement is declined, the liability of Inky Leaves Publishing shall be limited to the cost of the item ordered and excludes the value of any shipping costs incurred.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the artworks are destined. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the artwork can lawfully be imported (for example, the laws of some countries may restrict what types of artwork can be lawfully imported). We will not be liable or responsible if you break any laws or regulations.
PRICE OF ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND OTHER ITEMS
The prices for our products will be as quoted on the Inky Leaves Publishing website at the time you submit your order. All reasonable care is taken to ensure that the prices of artworks are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system and there has been no substantive change.
The price of an artwork shown on the website (or in other published marketing material) does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges will be advised to you before your order is confirmed as accepted.
Inky Leaves Publishing are committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction for their customers. Once you have received your product we will give you fourteen (14) days to decide whether or not you would like to keep that artwork or return it for an exchange or refund. You may return any eligible product, provided that it is returned to Inky Leaves in its original condition and packaging.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We examine all returns requests on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying those costs (including, but not limited to, carriage and customs duties) to deliver the artwork back to Inky Leaves. Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the customer is returning it as a result of buyer’s remorse, then the buyer is held responsible for return costs.
If we conclude that the product is faulty, or has been damaged during delivery to the customer as a result of poor packaging, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
From the time you receive your Inky Leaves Publishing product from our couriers, you have fourteen (14) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. Such a return is to be made in writing and agreed with Inky Leaves Publishing before any return shipment is made. Agreement made via email is acceptable.
We also require that any and all such agreed products should be shipped by the buyer within three (3) days after written confirmation that the work will be returned.
Therefore, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Inky Leaves and are not fully satisfied, you have:
- Fourteen (14) days to contact us about your intent to return the product(s).
- Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship the artwork. It is important to note that you should NOT ship the product(s) before contacting us.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 14 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN UNDAMAGED ITEM OR ARTWORK
- Step 1 – Within fourteen (14) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call +44 7904 449 599 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday or email email@example.com to give us your order details and the reason for wanting to return the work.
- Step 2 – Carefully repackage the product(s) using the original packaging materials used by Inky Leaves Publishing. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to Inky Leaves Publishing so that it arrives in its original condition.
- Step 3 – Email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that you have dispatched the returned items by insured carriage to the value of the item(s) and provide the tracking number(s) of the parcel(s).
Once the package safely reaches Inky Leaves Publishing, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return.
Please note that additional customs duties may apply for international returns and be deducted from the final refund payment.
WHAT TO DO IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED
- Step 1 – Within fourteen (14) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call +44 7904 449 599 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday or email email@example.com to give us your order information.
- Step 2 – Save the original packaging.
- Step 3 – Take photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Step 4 – An Inky Leaves Publishing support representative will contact you to discuss the next steps.
We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to any purchases that you may make with Inky Leaves Publishing and supersede all previous agreements.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to the contents of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
